Eena achieves good grades in school. She enjoys learning C, C++, Java, HTML, CSS, and Python. She is fascinated by artificial intelligence and has created a tele-operated rover that travels in response to hand gestures. She enjoys playing tennis and Kathak dancing in her spare time.


What challenges did she face?

  • Rina struggled to identify a particular research area during the exploratory stage. They were working on a project that required expertise of mathematics, computer science, and electrical engineering. This necessitated a greater understanding of advanced concepts including sampling theory, frequency response, analog to digital conversion, and network theory.


Matched professor:

The mentor is an Assistant Professor of Engineering at Dartmouth College. Previously, he worked as a postdoctoral scholar in the Department of Materials Science & Engineering at Stanford University.


How did our program help her?

  • She created a prototype for a small-scale water leakage sensor circuit and control system as part of the program.
