What challenges did he face?

  • Brandon ran into some issues while working with the Mathematica scripts. To improve his codes, he could include some parameters in the calculation algorithms to ensure that the proper statistics are plotted.

Matched professor:

A Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Physics at Brown University. Some of his other experiences include serving as a referee for Physical Review X, Physical Review Letters, Physics Review B and Physical Review Materials since 2016.

How did our program help him?

  • Brandon learned to utilize the software Vesta and acquired more familiarity with Mathematica for data modeling.
  • This program enabled him to investigate subjects taught in graduate degrees.
